Chef Dagan Stocks is a New American chef, born and raised in Mount Zion, Illinois. He attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales at the Denver and North Miami Beach campuses. He is excited to come share what he’s learned with the culinarians of Central Illinois. Dagan and his young family have returned home recently to open his first restaurant, Red Barn Kitchen, a farm to table concept located in the Decatur Municipal Airport.
