I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in disqualification from the contest. I also confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge.   By participating in this contest, I grant the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce, and its agents, the irrevocable right to use any photographs, videos, or other visual representations taken of my business or it’s members and provided in this application, for promotional, advertising, or any other purposes deemed appropriate. I understand that these images may be used without any further compensation, in perpetuity, and in any media format.   I confirm that all improvements and changes made to my business as part of the Mt. Zion Chamber of Commerce Curb Appeal Contest will comply with local regulations, codes, and community standards. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure all improvements meet these requirements and understand that non-compliance may result in disqualification from the contest and/or revocation of any awarded prizes.
